WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT KOOKIES?:
Hand decorated kookies are versatile and can be customized to fit your needs. Have an invitation? We can duplicate the theme. Favors have become a novelty item for events and gives guests something to remember. Bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, birth announcements, family reunions, graduation favors, christenings and communions, office parties, and corporate events. You name it, we have just the right kookies and treats for you!
PRICING AND SIZING CHART:
Hand decorated kookies range from $1.75 up to $6.50 each (2" to 6" kookies), with our average kookie priced at $3.25 (3" detailed) to $4.25 (4"detailed). The minimum order for our hand decorated kookies is ONE DOZEN. See our pricing chart for more details on size and pricing. For an additional charge, you can have your kookies and treats tied with 3 coordinating ribbons ($0.25 per kookie) and a custom message tag ($0.25 per kookie/treat) . . . just $0.50 extra per kookie/treat. Our giant kookies range from $15 to $30 and up depending on the decorating detail. Pricing for kookie platters vary due to different kookie sizes. We do not offer discounts on quantity orders due to the amount of time and labor dedicated to decorate and design each kookie.

"Kake With A Twist" - A Sweeter By The Dozen Kake Package with your choice of any three or four of the following: a 7" round that serves 15 with themed kookie toppers, 12 medium kupkakes, 12 kakepops, 12 kookies, 12 parfait kakekups, 12 petits fours.
"The Kraze Treat Packages" - Having a large gathering and want a fabulous treat table? Choose four items from a menu of 29 items (and growing) to create your own custom themed table. 24 of each item totalling 96 pieces; 48@192 pieces; 96@394 pieces. What makes it the "Kraze" is your treats coordinate with your theme! A setup/break down fee will include the use our our displays, platters, decorations, etc.
"Themed Treat Stand Packages" - This package is great as a thank you gift and portioned just right for small gatherings. Themed treats come prepackaged on a three-leveled silver stand wrapped in cellophane and coordinating ribbon. Inclueds 5 themed strawberries, 5 themed oreos, 5 petits fours, 6 themed kookies, and 5 themed kakepops.
"Bars Are The Kraze" - You name it, we have the perfect themed treat "BAR" setup for you!
DEPOSITS AND BOOKING:
All orders require 50% deposit due two weeks prior to your event to cover supplies. If the order is cancelled one week prior to the event date, the deposit is forfeited. Final payment is due at the time of delivery. You are "officially booked" once your deposit is made. A consultation is not considered a booking, and your order begins the business day after receipt of payment. Any order place less than two weeks from the event date will be charged a "Rush Fee" of $25.00.
If changes are made the week of the event, it is at our discretion if accommodations can be made. Any additions or deletions to an order the week of the event will be at our discretion and if it does not interfere with the needs of the business or other orders.
CONSULTATIONS:
Bakers and decorators invest a tremendous amount of time, labor, and ingredients into helping clients select a design or cake. A consultation fee covers the labor and cost tied to preparing for the meeting. Consultations for custom cake designs where an inspiration board, a written/sketched design proposal, or baked goods samples are created will be charged $25.00. Refining designs if the first sample is not to your satisfaction is available. The amount will be honored as a credit towards the final bill. There is no refund on the design fee if you decide not to book. All inspiration boards and written/sketched designs are the property of kookiekraze.com. No Exceptions.
PAYMENT:
We accept Cash, on the spot Debit/Credit through Square, and payment through a PayPal account. We can also e-mail you an invoice for payment. Invoices incur a fee of 2.9% of invoiced amount plus $0.30 (on $50, fee is $1.75 to invoice).
As mentioned above, your kookies are presented in a cellophane bag. Tie it with coordinating ribbon ($0.25) and a custom message tag ($0.25) for an additional total charge of $0.50 per kookie. We also offer platter, box, and container packaging. Contact us for more detail.
Kookies have a shelf life of up to 30 days if kept in their packaging or in an air tight container. Some customers and guests like to keep kookies as mementos. If you keep the kookie packaged and out of sunlight, it should last for years. Even though we urge customers to place their order for a delivery closer to the date of an event for the best possible taste and freshness, kookies can be enjoyed within one week of receipt.
